Hi CJ, First time listener. Great discussion. I appreciated the balanced discussion (and time allocation) around the business model, finance leadership, and personal reflections. I am adding your channel to my regular stream and will look forward to upcoming insightful discussions. Thank you again. All the best for the SaasTR conference.

Considering that AI is being used to murder civilians indiscriminately in Palestine, this guy can go ruck himself.

create content with such difficulty. But no video views at all. You must do SEO to get organic views subscribers. SEO that means Search Engine Optimization. it's a very powerful and effective work for KZbin channels and KZbin views if you every video

I'm very happy I stumbled on this while searching for a Dave Kline cast. +1 sub and I can't wait to dive into some of your other content. I'm a new manager and only have ~5 years of total corporate experience (2 years in audit, 3 at current company in rev accounting but looking to pivot), this is insanely insightful and I appreciate the questions you asked Dave.

Fantastic interview! Andy Ivanovich did an excellent job breaking down the complex business model of The Knot Worldwide. It's enlightening to hear insights from the CFO himself. Thanks for making it so accessible and informative!

Great podcast. The energy between you two is electric, and the spreadsheets you two have seen is unfathomable. Non-finance related...spot on with "[Product Marketing] has a way of translating what the company does to what a common person will understand."

Full of useful nuggets of info! Now we need a dedicated email on sales compensation for various scenarios (per seat, usage based etc) to align incentives with corporate goals without depleting company resources.
