This exist among a demographic of the 🖤 culture who come from lower income and lower working class communities. We need to be careful not to generalize this one aspect of the culture to the entire Black collective of Black Americans. Black Americans exist in different socioeconomic classes, communities, and neighborhoods. Yes, this is one aspect of Black American life that should be addressed, but it's not generally applicable to most Black Americans. Most of us live in middle income neighborhoods, suburbs, quiet residential areasnin the cities, small towns and rural communities. Most of us aren't criminals nor commit violent crime. Most of us aren't poor, most of us never been incarcerated. Most of us aren't on welfare. Most of us are employed. Most of us are middle to upper class. We have to stop using lower income hoods as representative of the culture of our people. That's equivalent to using tralier park communities, poor Yt rural communities, and poor Yts in the cities as representative of Yt American culture. Yt people don't use their lower classes to represent the totality of who they are nor should we do it.
