Zero reason she should combine finances with such an immature, unwise boy while not being married to him.

Having a village around you is such a blessing. Family helped us with virtually everything from crib to diapers to clothes to all the toys and contraptions. I am going to try and save a lot of stuff so I can either gift it to new parents or save for future children !! On the other hand, the baby industry nowadays is so insane that they try and market useful stuff as "essential".

Of all the people I watch online, the one I’d most like to meet is Gail. She’s smart and tough, but she’s got a sweet, mother-like nature too, and seems to give great hugs. Oh, and her laugh! 😂😂😂

All that is pathetic. I work in gourmet food. There's barely any difference between a $5 bottle of wine and one that is $500.

Just can’t fathom spending that amount on a wedding. It’s ridiculous at the best of times but when you’re that much in debt 😮.

I'm surprised she isn't receiving some form of child support from her ex to help with the kids expenses. Scott is only responsible for his immediate child and is being gracious to help out two additional kids.

They could’ve made a decent amount of money selling off a bunch of their stuff and a garage sale doesn’t necessarily mean that you’re struggling financially it could just be regular decluttering. A garage sale is more about getting rid of things than it is making money especially when most people are selling things very cheaply

I felt awful when she got choked up that the son couldn't play baseball, but then my empathy left when she spent $900 in one month shopping... that would cover not only league fees, but equipment, etc. for an entire season! it's just priorities..

I don't see the abusive side of this woman people are mentioning. They earn decent money, and aren't living the billionaire lifestyle. And money is one of those issues that goes out the window with everyone. If anything, I would say go after more money. Sorry, life is unfair. You'll be like me at 60 not married or owning a home if you let society dictate your living. And those kids that grow up in rich families that experience certain freedoms others will never.

This is by far my favorite episode. Everything about this couple is special: their approach to life, their attitudes toward themselves and each other, the lack of blame or any anger about their lives, their love that (as Gail said) radiates, their willingness to work, their inner strength. I truly hope they are doing well.
