Hypothetically speaking majority if not all of PH ARMORIES will be destroyed in a sudden massive Hypersonic Ballistic Missile Attack leaving our forces with nothing or too few Rifles, Ammo, Rpg's, Atgm's, (TOW2 launchers & missiles) 60mm & 81mm Mortars and ammunition, Grenades, Body Armors, Combat Helmets, Communication Equipment, NVG's(Night Vision Goggles) Binoculars, Rangefinders, etc. Why is this so? Our potential enemy has more than 1,500 DF-17, DF-21D, DF-26 Hypersonic Ballistic Missiles in their Arsenal and they may use this in a potential war, the enemy MAY target all PH Armories for their start of a PH invasion, let say they allocate 3 or 4 ballistic missiles per Armory which may do the job. Not really sure what's the real total number of Armories we have coz it's classified information. Let's assume we have 30 armories all over PH. 30 Armories x 4 Ballistic Missiles per Armory = 120 Ballistic Missiles to be used in destroying all our Weapon & Ammunition Storages in PH! 120 Hypersonic Ballistic Missiles isn't even 10% of their total number of missiles of this type. Mainland China is about 1,100+ km. from MANILA, 1,700 km. from Cebu, 2000 km. from Davao. According to the Chinese in some of the reports, their Hypersonic Missiles travels between MACH 8 to MACH 10, let's take Mach 8 which is equivalent to around 9,878 km./h or 164.63km./MINUTE or 2.74 km./SECOND. So this is what it looks like if they fire those Hypersonic Missiles from Mainland China towards different targets in PH: Manila is 1,100 km. away from China, divided by the Hypersonic Missile speed of 164 km.per minute = 6.7 MINUTES! Cebu is 1,700 km away from China, divided by 164 km.per minute. = 10.36 MINUTES! Davao is 2,000 km. away, divided by 164 km.per minutes = 12.19 MINUTES! Another problem here, our Northern Radar Stations have a detection range of 400 kilometers only, meaning that 6 minutes warning we have of hypersonic missiles heading towards Manila will be detected too late by our radars so the 6 minutes will go down to about 4+ minutes warning! So with 4 minutes to 6 minutes WARNING what can our military do in trying to extricate or haul all those weapons, ammunition, equipment stored inside in those ARMORIES? ANSWER: NOTHING! But we MAY have an answer for that. How? By changing the system itself, most ARMORIES depending on the equipments stored have RACKS, where say Hundreds of Rifles are stacked vertically each one a few inches apart, as for ammunition like mortar shells, Howitzer shells (105mm/155mm) RPG's, ATGM missiles, Recoilless Rifle shells, grenades, etc. all ammunition/devices containing EXPLOSIVE CHARGES are stored in a separate ARMORY, they usually have a pallet made of wood or metal framing. Here's my possible solution, we're gonna load metal RACKS into MILITARY TRUCKS, fill it Rifles, Ammunition, RPGs, Bullets, Mortars, Missiles, Artillery Shells everything that one Military Truck can fit in. Of course we're gonna need a lot of MILITARY TRUCKS here! Our Armories will be rebuilt from the ground up, they will look like a huge garage of Military Trucks, so all trucks will be contained inside the armory with huge gates, secured by military personnel to prevent pilferage & accidents. The system here is simple, each ARMORY has a rotating number of personnel 24/7 depending on the the number of Military Trucks inside the Armory, let's say one Armory has 8 military trucks inside, so you'll need 8 to 10 drivers at any one time. You multiply that by 3, to run a 24hour shift plus the military security personnel and the officers (junior & high ranking) on the site. All Armories are linked by communication under a single command, now this command is directly linked to our radar stations all throughout PH, if a general warning or red alert is issued because of incoming enemy missiles, all Armory officers will scramble immediately their units, drivers will rush to their respective trucks (containing all weapons, munitions, equipment already placed at the back of their trucks) the Armory gates open, all Military Trucks head out, leave the military base in less than 4 minutes! This system gonna require between 800 to 1,000 Military Trucks. We also need to construct around 50 new Armories minimum, as each may cost P 70 Million Pesos. 50 Armory x P 70 Million/ armory = P 3.5 Billion Pesos. As for the trucks, lets say each costs P10 Million per Truck x 800 Trucks. =. P 8 Billion Pesos. So all in all this system may cost us between P 11.5 B to about P 12 Billion Pesos (between $200M to $206 Million dollars) This system may only cover 30 % to 60% of the total weapons, ammunition, equipment under storage, so we can't save everything but we can save a lot of fighting equipment with this system. In the event of a war, all our Air bases, Naval bases, Army bases , Utility structures (power plants),Communication towers, etc will come under attack too not just our ARMORIES! This is another potential ACHILLES HEEL of our military forces.

The philippine airforce needs around 500 units of SPAAG to defend its more valuable assest . The philippine army needs the same number if we want them safe from being easy targets for drones . The PNP would need more SPAAG if we want them joining the fight . Preferably 500 units of K30-BIHO & 500 units KURKUT . Add some 1,000 units PELICA PSR-A VSHORAD as camp defense in urban areas .
