Hi. WD 40 does a "Silicone" lubricant. Is that the kind of thing I should be using on sliding windows? I have some standard WD 40. I'm pretty sure I shouldn't be using that.

use WD40 SPECIAL SILICONE! not regular WD40. You can use even DRY PTFE WD40
