I am glad there are people like you who try to help people like me, who do not have a proper command of the English language. I liked very much the expressions you choose. The expression "weak sister" meaning an unreliable person was a big surprise to me!

I thought March because June, July, and August are summer months in NY 😅 After seeing the answer, I immediately knew what the others had in common. It's a matter of perspective and experience for some of these
@EnglishInsight-z4pАй бұрын
Thank you for your comment! 😊 I love hearing different perspectives. It’s great how certain answers can vary depending on where we live or what we're familiar with. I appreciate you sharing your thoughts-it's all part of the fun in learning! 🌟

I isolated March for a different reason. The other three months were in continuation, whereas this was not.
@EnglishInsight-z4p26 күн бұрын
@@murtadah6327 Great observation! You're right that March stands out for being isolated while the others continue in sequence. For fun, here's a question for you: Can you think of another set of months where one might stand out as the 'odd one out' for a different reason? 😊
@murtadah632726 күн бұрын
@@EnglishInsight-z4pJanuary, March, April, and May; the odd one being April on the basis of the number of days that it contains. Is the present quiz similar to this?
@EnglishInsight-z4p26 күн бұрын
@@murtadah6327 That's a clever way to look at it! The current quiz is based on a different pattern, but your reasoning makes total sense too. There are often multiple ways to find the 'odd one out,' and that's what makes these quizzes so interesting. Do you enjoy finding patterns like this in everyday things?

Wait a minute this is impossible
@acekingbonesАй бұрын
Impossible, it is implied you can only use the given numbers with no other signs or functions, and you can’t add three odd numbers together to make an even number.
