Great tutorial!!! Question: When non-stop recording a video, it stops automatically at around 20 minutes. Is there a mode for video recording that would prevent this from happening, please?

How do you get the display to return to the mode showing the iso, aperture, and exposure wheels? I had a user who didn't know what they were doing pressing buttons that removed this default display mode. Please help.
