Jali made me cry in the middle of the street in Liverpool when I was doing Deliveroo. Touched me right in the soul ❤

I was born in Withington in 1970 and remember Burton Road well. My mother Rowenna Western used to work for Buttercup Clothes in the mid 70's when it was run by Tess and Dave Gavin. Also loved the fish and chip shop there, is it still around?

Sorry, but a sadly predictable stroll up and down Main Street doesn't offer any real perspective on the character of the town.
