Yamcha no se merecía el trato que le dió la serie a partir de Z. En el anime y manga originales, nunca fue el mejor, pero siempre estaba ahí apoyando a Goku y los demás, era un buen tipo y siempre traía técnicas espectaculares. Incluso perdiendo contra Kami en el torneo, consiguió sorprenderlo por su uso del ki con el sokidan y cuando perdió felicitó a su rival. Un gran personaje desperdiciado.

It's honestly quite dissapponting that they never explored his rivalry with Goku right after the first tournament arc, despite them building that up during the Pilaf arc. He was a really compelling character when he was first introduced.
