First concert ever was the warm up better live than dead tour, which was basically the carnival of sins before all the quirks were figured out. If they had any problems, I never knew it, mind blowing show in Edmonton, April 2005.

I saw the Crue on the end tour in Philly and Camden nj and they opened with girls girls girls I thought it was odd opener but great shows nonetheless girls girls girls is my #1 favorite song but love them all just my opinion
those are backing tracks. MC is widely known for using backing tracks on guitars, bass, drums and vocals. Ever notice MC never plays acoustically? Why is that? Because they cannot play very well at all. Unlike their peers from that era who play acoustic sets in concert.

In 2005, we had row 2 floor tickets. Still blows my mind. It was and still is the best concert I've ever been to. The heat from the Pyro was crazy. It was amazing... I still think about it. Fuck.

I want to live in an alternate reality where Kiss kept going in this direction. I remember getting this album and being so enthralled with it....and I thought...yeah Kiss can be whatever it wants to be...whatever it needs to be.......and then sadly it didn't. It just went back to the cookie cutter.

People bagging on KISS for going into a different genre and doing it well. A rip off, not quite. Every grunge band ripped off the metal/punk predecessors with techniques and tricks of the trade. Music is music. We should all love it.

Generally speaking, good bands are not “Follower’s”. They sound like a Seattle cover band. A good one, though.

This record is amazing. I totally understand why so many KISS fans (and members) dislike it - it doesn't sound like classic KISS at all. Hell of a great album, though, and it's funny just how well this "grunge" KISS record fits into the sound and image of that era. Having Alice In Chains' producer certainly helped in that regard, but the material and performances are solid, too. Carnival of Souls is fucking savage. An album that deserves more attention than it got.
