I'm confused. That's roughly 72k a year (gross), yet many are saying new drivers can expect at least 100k a year?

Thank you John. I am a Walmart Driver for a year plus. And it’s is like the tech companies from the 80’s. By the time we went to company training we already worked on the equipment for a year and could pass the class with ease. The onboarding and GPS and NTransit is the same thing only different like you said once you start having an understanding it becomes a a helpful tool. It does make you think. Good luck sir. Someone from my DC in NY went to Florida and wants to come back. Florida is horrible. So much traffic and incredibly hot all year. The APU struggles to cool the truck.

You really have no idea. I slip seat for a mega who pulls for the illustrious W. I have a different truck EVERY DAY. That's 5 different trucks a week. I have spent 100's of hours OFF THE CLOCK cleaning urine, shit, raw meat, flies, mice, rats, etc. from trucks. I think it's hilarious that you say ONE time you had to have THREE trucks. Ha ha ha. Try a year in my shoes. I do NOT feel sorry you at ALL. I spend HOURS cleaning, fueling, repairing etc. OTHER people's trucks!

Hey ,your rules for truck drivers ,pre trip 30 min ,really kind of tricks ,because you need to speak english like submashine gun,drivers with 16 to 20 years experience can't pass .Really it is nothing about professionalism, plus micromanagement, dallas facility training ,black guy manager give pass for 3 him friends,but who care .

I wouldn’t want to drive in California neither it’s probably so stressful dealing with those drivers and traffic.

I have that egg cooker too that's perfect I love that thing also I use an electric skillet in the truck yeah you don't want to use the microwave when you're using it but $20 electric skillet from Walmart bottom of the good to go just put aluminum foil in first to keep it nice and tidy

Didn't realize that WM health insurance pays $0 for any labs like bloodwork, ultrasound, MRI, CAT, Xray and ect untill you meet deductible wich is crazy $6500 for individual... so i pay $400 monthly for myself and my wife and then i go to doctor, do some labs and get additional $500-800 bill which says "insurance payment $0".. WFT walmart?? Do they really consider this sh*t like "benefit"??

I drive a semi, and I can DEFINITELY see someone pulling up to the pumps, thinking they set the brakes because it's not moving, and walking away. 6 min later your truck just starts driving, either with you in front of it cleaning the windshield, someone else in front walking, you in the store using the bathroom, or you pumping fuel. I get why people would like it BUT I see lawsuits in the future

My dc 6825 in Wisconsin has been doing a remodel as well. They should wrap up construction by this year’s Christmas or early in the New Year 2025. The old fitness room that we had was tiny and had outdated equipment. I sure hope that my DC upgraded the fitness room. I really enjoyed to workout when I stayed at my DC for the night.

I know a fella that works at Walmart and he makes 100,000 a year minimum.... Only bad part is you're never home.... Make sure you got a faithfull significant other if you drive for Walmart... Lol.,... Anyways the only company that pays better than them is UPS.... Can't go wrong with either one

You also get people you don't like fired😂😂..I drove for Walmart for 7 years before buying my own truck..at least 200 ppl were fired by drivers between the guard shack...stires...in-house personnel...the Walmart drivers ego is terribly over opinated...we are all valuable..

Not true, Walmart stores have employees inside stocking overnights, they leave one of the front doors unlocked you just have to push it open, Always 1 register open for employees as well. As long as your in uniform you can go inside and use the restroom, go shopping etc..

How does the Walmart employees unload a drop truck in the pouring rain with no steps to get in and out of the trailer to use the hand trucks to pull the load to the end of the truck for the fortlift driver to be able to pick it up
