Hi, Can you please tell me what is the difference between Candidate onboarding and Employee onboarding? And is there any video to demonstrate how to onboard employee directly rather than onboarding a candidate first?

Hi - is it possible to add a new checklist in the Candidate onboarding, but using one of the custom forms (not the Candidate form)? In the onboarding portal, I need the candidate to complete a custom form (New Starter). Once this form is completed I want it to generate a checklist of tasks, mail alerts, etc. But it only seems possible to create checklists that run off the Candidate form. Thanks.

Do I need to pay extra for non-users or employees for the attendance and data management purpose? Can I as an admin control the attendance record of my employees. who are non-users?

It would be great if Zoho actually fixed their buggy ass website. It's nothing but a pain in the ass to use, and if you have a choice, DO NOT PICK ZOHO. I've had no choice but to suffer using their website for over a year now and I've actually watched as Zoho has gotten worse over time with new updates. Even some simple features were removed or made an extra click or two away for no reason other then to be difficult, they will lie and say some bullshit like it's to improve UI but I know that's a joke. When you have to use someones website 5 days a week, year round you get pretty familiar with it and I can tell you, they're all downgrades. I legit ran into what I thought were bugs on the website, I reported them to Zoho and find out they were NEW FEATURES. For example, why am I able to see all my coworkers (Including managers, and the CEO of the company) time sheets, I can see when they clocked in, when they clocked out, when they went on break, and how many hours they've worked that week in total. I came across all of that completely by accident, and it's only 2 clicks to see all that info. Yet the worse part is, I can't see my own time sheet, I've went through the entire site three times after finding out I could see all of that and there's no possible way to see my own. That's how I ended up on this video which is also no help at all. Zoho is full of examples like that above, the website is so backwards and unintuitive. You think one thing will work one way like it would on any website but it doesn't, it will work in a way that doesn't make sense, and it's so off the usual that you never get used to it, you just get frustrated with it and use a work around if you can find one. We share 90% of our files over dropbox or other file transfer websites because zoho's filesharing is garbage and backwards.

I'm looking into using ZOHO One for a volunteer organization. One of the things that need to be tracked is volunteer hours of members for different initiatives that we have. The idea is to add all of the different volunteer events to the calendar then have volunteers log their time based on each event. Is there a way to use a QR code for volunteers to scan a QR to start their time then san another QR code to end their time? This ould be a great feature to have along with adding a maximum number of hours for the activity.
