I still remember the first time seeing this ad. I was a kid, and my mind was blown by the spectacle of the trucks with the lights. It felt like it was a rare commercial though, like you'd only see it a couple of times per Holiday season, usually like right towards the end of the November or early December, and then again maybe a little closer to Christmas. My dad would literally tell me when the commercial was on because he knew I liked it so much.

Coca-Cola did not do this justice.

I'm just reminded why the old commercials are way better than this year's Coca-Cola ad, which is just AI garbage. Like, they couldn't be bothered to pay actual people to star in the ad itself?? That ad doesn't make me wanna buy a coca-cola. Now these ads and the old Polar Bear ones?? THOSE make me wanna buy a Coca-Cola.

There are many things in life that shouldn't be messed with, and this Coca Cola Truck advert is one of them, it's sentimental and people from different age groups love this ad plus it was the only commercial from the 90s that was being shown every year from 1995 to 2023.

It breaks my heart that after 29 years (1995-2023) of seeing this beautiful, amazing, nostalgic Coca Cola Christmas Truck ad on TV, that it has now been ruined in 2024😢. R.I.P Original Coca Cola Ad 1995-2023. Gone but definately NOT Forgotten!. Hopefully this stays on KZbin so in years to come, I can show my kids this wonderful advert. Fun fact! this is the only advert from the 90s that was still going strong in 2023.

Bring back commercials like this. The memories of being a parent to 6 children. The last of the six was born July 1995, so this was her first Christmas. I loved Christmases back then. Now the commercials are cold and empty in comparison. Seeing this ad appear for the first time each December, made me really look forward to Christmas.
