You need to work with others this makes you more approachable and allows people with a good person that requires respect, being alone makes people distrust you bringing you down, this is how human beings are, understand this and you will succeed, being alone can be nice, but it doesn't give you power. It makes you weak, you just have to be seen as a leader.
