I didn't know about this carlos guy until I revisited sega rally games. Turns out this driver is a top dawg. Look at him taking corners to inner and outer edges. By doing that it all adds up the time you save. He kinda almost slip there. I know this because of video games. Lol strange but you get energy vibes from this dude. I call this dude "The master of corners."

Brilliant drive again until the engine blew. I think 1998 was Colin at his absolute fastest. The car just had too many mechanical issues. He should have won the title both 97 and 98 imo.

This h pattern is a dogbox basically don't need clutch to shift at this time. Other teams at this era also already used sequentials (I believe Subaru changed theirs too later in the season)

Nope. Everyone had h-patterns until the wrc cars. Ford had 7speed Ricardo h-patterns.
