I just purchased a Vetta 2 HD it is 8 to 9 yrs old. The manual is a little hard to understand at times and I used to only use tube amps. Are there any descent on -line tutorials for this amp, specifically I am having troubles saving settings/custom tones in "user" mode. The display on the amp does not go to the next screen when I hit SAVE.

I’ve had one of these since the early 90’s I bought new. I’ve always wanted to add a magnetic pickup and thought it would be extremely versatile that way but just can’t bring myself to do it.

Are the plastics of this year the traditional cream or are they that newer gaudy pinkish cream?

The Peavey Wolfgang are really the best. I won't buy a Fender EVH one. Unless Edward gave me one, but I's love the Peavey over the the new ones.

Hi There I put the Jem777 pickups in it, the Gold trem unit and pick guard, I think that's about it (it was quite a while ago)lol. Cheers Steve

It was just the Ibanez trem I don’t remember the exact name but it was the same trem fitted to the Jem 777, I also have the green Jem And once I had set it it up it played just the same. Sorry I can’t elaborate on the trem as I have sold this Guitar now.

Hi! I have the exact same guitar and i think the yellow pickguard is very rare and it is there in my guitar as well as yours as i can see it.. Is there any reason for this?

It is istalled with or without the vibramate? I have a tremolo like this one and want to install it in my semi hollow body shaped like e 335 but wonder if it would fit the curvature of the body without the vibramate...

Hey Stephen! I have „guitar situation“ and maybe you can help me... I am looking to refret my guitar and long time ago i have played jem 555 in guitar store and I remember how comfortable was neck with big jumbo frets... Unfortunately there is little to no information about fret dimenzions that are original on jem 555....I have found that dimensions (above fingerboard) might be - Fret Width 2.8mm and Fret Height 1.3mm ( 4FW1J216 - frets). But when i view photos online it seems much bigger...so i am asking you if you can mesure fret dimension on jours jem 555 (above fingerboard) so i could find similar dimensions fret wire, Sorry for my english and unusual favor : )... Hi There I'm Happy to help. I have just measured the frets with my Vernier gauge, and I get them quite close to the sizes you have been given. I get them to:- Width 2.9mm and the height 1.4mm. I hope this helps Regards Stephen.

That looks like a sweet upgrade! Edge Lo Pro. My favourite trem. I suspect your 555 will perform every bit as good as the MIJ Jem7V now. Good job!!

Hi Mate These Guitars are great, I have a lot of Guitars but if I need to shoot out to a gig or rehearsal i always pick up this guitar , it gives you a good range of sounds, it's light and I don't have any tuning issues with it. definitely go and try one one, I'm sure you will like it. Cheers Steve
