Scott, how is Aaron Anderson looking up close here? Does he appear near 100% and ready for SEC action? I’m expecting big things from him this season. Thx for all you do every day. DD is the first thing I click on every morning and have been since your Dad started it all. You gentleman are a Godsend to us fans. Thanks again.

The QB room is the easiest room to figure out. Since Brian Kelly is going to desperately need to hold onto Nuss to be the starter in 2024 when LSU plays USC, UCLA, plus LSU's new nine game SEC schedule, then it is imperative for Brian Kelly to name Nuss the new starter at QB with JD5 as his backup QB for the 2023 season before the end of the spring practice. Otherwise, Nuss will be a starter in 2023 for another head coach not named Brian Kelly. Moreover, it's not like Nuss isn't already astronomically far better than JD5 is in any event. In fact, had Nuss been named the starter last season, not only would LSU have won more games and by wider margins, but unlike JD5 was capable of doing last year, Nuss would have successfully leveraged that best in the SEC WR room like he did in the New Mexico, UGA, and Purdue games by leading the SEC in yards passing and in TD passes thrown. As Nuss constantly pushes the ball down the field for repeated fast scores via next level NFL throws and the kinds of throws that JD5 can only dream of throwing in his wildest wet dreams. Not to mention that JD5 would not be back at LSU this season if there was any way possible he could make an NFL squad.

Fact: No quarterback who ever started their very first games at LSU ever did better than Myles Brennan! No one! And that was with a defense that let other teams go down the field and keeping the ball from the offense. That was with an absolutely terrible offensive line! No LSU and arguably any Quarterback in the CF ever did better in his first games. Except for his injury Brennan would have gotten better and better as all do when they have 6 to 10 games under their belt. He also protected the ball perfectly and he was a magnificently accurate passer. In the first games a quarterback his passing stats matched even Joe Burrow at his rate for 2019! It's Brennan, and I am Max and I am telling the truth! You all should realize it.
