The most important take away for me was you can accomplish anything you put your mind to regardless of your background...Mike's story is inspiring!

The most valuable takeaway from this video is that success is not just about waiting for opportunities, it’s about creating them through perseverance and self belief. We are the creators of everything we firmly hold our beliefs to. Embracing failures and ultimately humility as learning experiences and never giving up is crucial. The big thing was communication like Mike said. Enhancing our vocabulary and communication skills empowers us to express emotions, feelings, and all ideas In our great minds effectively. It opens doors to endless possibilities so let’s take action and make our success happen!! “Only when you want to succeed as bad as you want to breathe, will you be successful.” -ET

One of the most valuable lessons that resonated with me was regarding Intentions/ Counter-Intentions. The stories he told about getting his daughter into her school of choice and getting his friend into the cigar lounge drove the idea home. It reminds you that the biggest thing in your way is yourself, and relentlessness pays off in ways the average person can't imagine. I work to keep this in mind in that, you don't fail until you give up!

Something I learn from Mike Barron is that no matter how many times you get shutdown or fail at something never give up. Always, push yourself and believe in yourself to keep going no matter what the outcome is. I can relate to him in a lot of things which is why he caught my attention in the first place. I always felt like I had a black cloud over me throughout my life just because everything I did or tried to do would end up failing but I believe because I wasn't in the right vehicle to proceed. It was like I tried so many things but didn't have a vehicle to move on forward. Thanks for everything Mike Barron and for helping others find that tool we need to keep working hard.

My biggest take away from this interview with Mike is no matter what you're doing in life never give up. It is necessary to pivot in life and to increase your awareness. With every experience you equipped yourself with the right tool to take on the next journey or battle in life. Thanks for the inspiration Mike. You are a big brother to us "left behind", that grew up in a similar rough situations.

The most valuable lesson I learned from this video is that communication is key and in sales, you must understand the game of "getting the ball back." I also learned to always focus on the create rather than limiting beliefs. Finally, a piece that resonated with me is that commitment and pressure will take you to the next level. Sometimes that can be exactly the motivation you need to get you to where you want to be.

You have to look at life like you are going to change the world. It has to be bigger than yourself. Love it!

Communication matters, but so does intentionality, and Mike nails both. He doesn't just talk; he knows how to engage, entertain, teach, and inspire. The biggest lesson that resonates to me after watching the video is we don't just sit around waiting for opportunities - we go out and create them. He's been through tough times, but that hasn't stopped him from chasing his goals. Despite facing setbacks, he never gave up. No matter where life tossed him, he kept getting back up, making progress, and winning at life. He's got this fascinating mindset that I genuinely love listening to. Can't wait to hear more of his conversations.

As someone who struggles to express thoughts effectively, Mike Barron's statement "Communication is everything... It solves and dissolves problems" really resonates with me. I also admire Mike's perseverance through all the challenges, or as he calls them "black clouds" that he has faced. Really enjoyed this podcast!!
