Cant you build an app for that and strap your phone to your arm? I havent watched the video, ignore if you are already doing this. I am pretty sure even the worst phones have an accelerometer as long as they are touch screen. Well what do i know i cant even write a small cpp code.

Are you sure your transistors are working fine and you are getting the high voltage sparks? And is there enough insulation between the two layers?
