Being self centered in a subjective reality seems to be the only option. What is best for me if not you? Ha, cheesy. But I mean, unity and harmony universally is needed and with that I take on many desires I can not fulfill such as working with others to build infinitely reproducible systems that benefit all for free and give access to all the best things for free in a way that benefits the environment too and is not simply sustainable. And is actually doabnle right now, as in I have thought of a few ways to accomplish very nearly this, and not simply theoretically. But it is simply to fit the pieces together and with 3d printing of some things like the needed energy creation being possible as well as extracting those resources need to make the materials to print all of it... and then ai to automate the plant growth and then i have thought way farther than this with it, like a whole moving village, easily modulated houses that may even move or can just like cells reproduce themselves, like living houses that are like cells and we are like the things in the cells... and the ai is like the mind of it like life just does that..

woooo spooky time! honestly love the concept of this game. It definitely scratches that survival horror itch that I have been longing for in games like dino crisis, resident evil, fatal frame etc. Hope to see more in the future :)

Deathwatch is multi-chapter Astartes (Space Marine) fighting force. Each Astartes in Deathwatch comes from different Chapters from across the galaxy. They answer to the Ordo Xenos. Their purpose is to kill Xenos or Alien threats to humanity. A LOT of resources have been focused on the Tyranids for obvious reasons!

As soon as there was even the hint that this guy was going to remove his helmet, i knew it was going to be titus. He's the only memorable space marine face in all of warhammer, let alone the first game. Leandros looks super vanilla so no one would have recognized him and sidonus was unalived. So who else would it be? Not a dig at you, at all. Just thinking they needed a lot more memorable characters from the first to tease us with here.

I definitely can understand that! Some people are pretty intense about it for whatever reason - not sure if the Warhammer community is just mad toxic or just a couple of idiots! I got that same sense about the characters though after the first game. I honestly thought it was a random guy, definitely wasnt expecting Titus.

I honestly have nothing but patience for the Warhammer community because I know exactly what's going on, and it's a hard thing to process when it happens to you because it's a complicated bundle of emotions. Their hobby is becoming mainstream, and with that comes a lot of outside influences and pressures to water it down and make it palatable for the majority. I totally get it. It really sucks when something esoteric you liked because of how out there it was starts to get more recognition and become less extreme. Society does the same thing with people; if they stick out too far then people feel they need to hammer them back into the mould. Warhammer is one of the grimmest and darkest IPs out there, it fully embraces all the darkest aspects of humanity and touts them as virtues: racism, xenophobia, patriarchy, warmongering, cheapening of human life, wanton violence, destruction, etcetera. So naturally when it sees the light of day, they have to make it more appealing, hence the whole female custodes debacle they have on their hands where they made a decades canonically all-male elite fighting force retroactively have female participation. And that flew completely in the face of all the well-established all-female units and forces in the universe. So what you're rubbing up against is a lot of gatekeeping which you will just have to let the OG fans have because it's a coping mechanism for a raw deal they're getting. They're feeling a loss of identity and so stand at the gates of knowledge to correct newcomers on any and every trivial mistake they make or ignorance they display.

I’ve been loving this game. I’ve been playing it on the steam deck, even though it says unsupported, it works perfectly fine, except for sometimes cut scenes don’t render. And oh, so it might take a while for the doors to open occasionally.
