Your words kind of makes sense, but you appear to move your chest when you speak. Might the way you breathe while you speak also be supported with diaphragmatic breathing? I trust people can use what works from your demo. Thank you.

I found that practicing this in front of mirror is the most accurate one. I had been learning how to breathe diaphragmatically for years and kept failing, sometimes it led to hyperventilation. But the game changer was when i saw myself breathe with one hand on my chest and the other hand on my belly in front of a mirror that helped me get the visual feedback. There i realized that i was a clavicular breather, involving neck muscles too much.

The hand on the chest moved in the diaphragam breathing but its like a wave so they don't told you that because if you struck in this position just try only to move your belly only you will feel pain in the back so breath as easy as you can and don't let missconception ruin your mind as in dipharam breathing chest still moves along with the belly so need to worry about

Its not only about the stomach lifting.. You lower ribs should also expend laterally to allow your diaphragm to push down... its 360 degrees expansion.. It should happen simultaneously with the belly automatically.. no need to effortly push your belly out... I think using your tibs that way doesn't come intuitively for everyone... reaching that understanding just recently changed my life... even though I learned "belly breathing" years ago... I was sure I know how to do it, but it I was wrong.. it's harder to stick with it as well

I went to Cioffredi and Associates and tried the Neubie as a last resort after suffering from chronic nerve pain in my face from a botched dental surgery. I had been in excruciating pain for ten years as if thousands of bees were stinging my face constantly and within a few months, the nerve pain went completely away and has stayed away for almost two years. with the Neubie treatments. No amount of pain medications, gabapentin or medical marijuana had helped me before where the pain actually disappeared. I just had a bout of Covid last month and today the pain came back, so maybe it is from inflammation-I don't know. We also are getting a severe cold front so perhaps it is from the barometric pressure, but at any rate, it is good to know that the Neubie works, and I just might need a "tune up" every few years. Thank you for this amazing treatment @Cioffredi and Associates.

What does it say about us as a species that a million of us have to watch a video to learn how to breath??? To breath? The thing that keeps us alive 24/7 over and over all the time... We are so disconnected to basic functionality that we need a YT video to teach it to us. We are in big trouble..... 😔

But why does my neck get tight when I breathe like this? Especially at the end of the inhale. I’ve got a lot of complex issues going on in my body, neural tension, chronic pain, the list goes on….I breathed only in my chest, very shallow breathing for many many years. It always felt uncomfortable or painful after that to breathe through my belly. I’ve worked at that for a number of years now and I’m better at it than I was, but I still get tightness in my neck and even head when I breathe this way, my heart also starts pounding sometimes and sometimes I can feel like I’m getting less air in this way (like I need to go back to breathing naturally to catch my breath). It’s all very strange. My body is weird. Would love to have some answers. Also, it can be really hard to expand my stomach while sitting up, my range of motion so to speak is very limited in that way and it feels like to get a deep breath I need to then breath into my chest as well, as my stomach can barely expand in this position.

Remember the old blond joke girl walks in and her headphones fell off and she died? When someone put on her headphones it said inhale exhale inhale exhale"? I always think about how that joke was create. Breathing focus is new for me and I realize it really helps. I never realized I held my breath alot back when I was in my teens and early 20s.....especially on weed man😅(i dont smoke anymore)Even when I learned to take deep breaths in anger management. They never told me the benefits or why. They just said to do it and I thought ok. But didn't continue to. It was only in my 30s. Now I teach it to my kids.

Why do i keep feeling tingling and numbness after doing this exercise? Is this normal? I also got COPD too, after 2 years of stable copd, recently i keep getting easily tired (also feeling numbness and tingling after other exercise, such as bicycling or slow jogging) and sleep a lot more than usual (longest sleep of 14 hours and really hard to wake up without help of others), next appointment to my doctor is 2 weeks left, so should i go right away or wait? 2 weeks ago he only advised me to exercise more, but it's been two weeks and i still feel easily tired
