Dr has me scheduled for this procedure, but I am 65 post menopausal. He thinks I may have endometrial pre cancer or caner. I just want a hysterectomy. I don’t understand need for this procedure. Getting second opinion. Any thoughts?

Does the pregnancy appear on pregnancy test?
@RoselyneMutisa19 күн бұрын
It won't show
@machin859312 күн бұрын
Urinary pregnancy tests show the hCg levels in your body, and it's true that at-home tests sometimes turn out to be false negatives, so always go for a blood test to confirm, if possible. However some women's hCg levels don't change that much in the first 3 months so it can go unnoticed for a while. But at a certain point those levels are impossible not to notice as they double each day during the first weeks of the pregnancy, so : the answer is, yes, a pregnancy test should work in case of a cryptic pregnancy, unless the person's natural hCg levels are low already.

I hope my doctors didn't need years of practice to learn the difference between a babys heartbeat of >130 bpm and an adults of 80+/- bpm
@theobgynmumАй бұрын
Your placenta and your baby’s heartbeat can often have a similar sound that is separate to the blood flow to the uterus. If you are accidentally listening to your placenta it doesn’t tell you anything about the wellbeing of your baby
@jasminy159Ай бұрын
@theobgynmum The beat of the placenta may sound similar, but it's easy to hear the difference, even for not medical trained people. The placenta has kind of a windy sound. Of course you need special medical training to interpret if the baby is healthy. Some woman are very fearful while pregnancy and just want to know that the baby's still alive and for this purpose the fatal doppler is perfect. Regardless it's necessary to go to the checkups and when the woman has a bad feeling and is unsure she should go to the hospital.
@theaquaticmaze2 ай бұрын
Well this didn’t make me want to change my mind. So many people use these & have absolutely no issue. The baby’s heartbeat is higher than mom’s heart so it doesn’t take a genius to know this. Just buy the Doppler… it’ll give you reassurance. ❤

Nice, feeling how the bloating and pain receded within approximately two months made all the difference, I simply go’ogled the latest by Tilly Strankten and her Ovarian Cyst Guide and although it really took about 10 weeks for it to totally shrink and vanish I’ve never felt so light and relaxed.

Do you actually have any “good” sources backing up your claim that nicotine renders these effects? For example, caffeine under 200 mg daily showed no significant impacts to a fetus in longitudinal studies. What studies show significant findings in health complications in babies exposed to relatively similar levels of nicotine, which like caffeine is a mild stimulant? Please stop the hysteria and fear no feeling
@kathyfullarton81262 ай бұрын
It was difficult to follow you at times due to audio quality and the fact you were talking too quickly. You brushed over very quickly the endometrial biopsy... The recurring comments that many doctors state such as " your pain will be like a period pain" or " it may be painful but it wont last long" is blatant lies. As a woman, you shouldn't be accepting of these comments. Women should never have to accept pain, just because doctors havent found a way of anaesthetizing the uterus. Until female doctors refuse to accept this, and until women totally refuse to have these tests done because of pain....nothing will change.

Im scared if i take the hormonal ones this will effect me severely . But getting IUD seems like its super complicated. Please advise asap . Thanks

It depends on a lot of situations. We don’t usually make decisions about C sections just on heart rates alone. I have a separate video about C sections if that helps
