Yeah it is so easy, just leave out on the balcony over night in summer and it is fine. I guess some countries this wouldn't work lol. What's the temp like there at night?

Thanks mate! Im so behind my videos this was the end of feb. I have a whole load of videos to do. Mum is still not doing too well unfortunately especially after an injection she had for her back. SHes coming back to Thailand on Monday so fingers crossed she makes it ok! I am abit worried

I might have missed it, but is that pork intestine or beef intestine? The more popular one in South Korea is beef intestine, there're a couple different kinds and I'd say they taste nutty more than anything else. Pork intestine is common too. I haven't had it here but I've had it at a couple of Taiwanese restaurants and, from experience and asking other people that have tried it, it always has a more...let's say interesting flavor. Cool to see the buffet/bbq set up over there! These shorter videos are great. Thanks for the shoutout--!

This one was pork intestine. You have to pay like 6 dollars extra or so for added beef so I just go for pork here as I can get like a lovely beef shabu for like 8 dollars here which is a great price. Nutty? interesting. not tried beef intestine before just pork. I think its quite nice, very high in fats too which surprises people. Yeah we have some great places to eat here. one of my favourite things, but Ive got to keep it to a min now as I've got well fat and need to cut bad style lol. thanks for the comment, mate! always appreciated. Ah, nice. The red wine adds a more complex flavor. I never thought to add fish sauce -- it sounds good! Nice edits in the video too.

yeah, makes such a diff. Wine is pretty expensive here unless you get the box. how much is it in Korea? yeah the fish sauce works wellll good; adds such a nice more umami taste to it.

*Obviously, too many carbs for keto, but would you try them? These are so yummy and easy to do, but don;t make these a staple in your diet. A walk after eating woudl be good to dispose of the glucose. I've been working on a keto version, so let me know if you wanna see it! Not as good as the real thing though lol*

Thanks for the comment. Yes duel pricing still winds me up. Most my clients and students make more than I do, but that is irrelevant. Living in a country for over a decade, work visa paying tax etc., but have to pay extra cos the colour of my skin? Hey so sorry about the slow reply! I've been busy af and had many problems! We asked at the van station. they said they ran but there were not many. It was only us going so they said we had to pay 100 for luggage lol. I think we paid around 1300 ish. Feel free to ask any more questions! I promise Ill get to the quicker next time lol

Price gouging’s no good. It happens only in the very touristy regions over here in Seoul like Gwangjang Market. They’ll either charge tourists more for food or give them smaller portions for the price they charge Koreans. All other restaurants outside of there are fine though.
