Tip: with the bread with the hole on the middle, u can fry an egg in it. If the hole is small, fry only the egg whites.

Just a suggestion you should bruh wuth egg wash ( you make it by whisking eggs sugar and milk) for that golden brown on the top That makes the bread more soft and not super crunchy
