I'd be trying several types of pipes just never used a blow tube heard it makes the process easier

1:20 - You're the only person with a good brain, actually covers the flammable hoses with fire-resistant Kevlar. Every time I see a person blowing glass with the burner and their face and body is literally all over the hoses with the burner right next to it gives me the chills... 2:00 - Better off using natural gas, propane does not make sense in blowing glass. You only get a little extra heat energy which doesn't make any difference. Should discuss more about the glass lathe...
