In Va we can put out corn in the off season & have food plots year round. I just put out homemade mineral during the summer. & plant in Aug. I only have 20 acres but plant 9 small plots of different seed around the property so the deer don't eat it all before the season. I walk to my stand & leave the atv back at the cabin. I have heard thanks to DNR, Minnesota now has a wolf problem, so that could explain things. You do have a real nice piece of land.

Yeah, no ATV whatsoever like the guy said you’re just letting him know that you’re there. Also get in your stand early sit at least three hours. I don’t hunt mornings because we spoke too many deer going in and you’re letting them know that you’re there especially on food plots hunt the evening evenings only, also you should try planting soy beans as deer will walk right through corn, etc. to get to those good luck

I would be thinking about how you can approach your stands without letting the deer know you're there. I have stand set up for certain wind direction so that when I sit or when I approach my scent, profile, or noise does not spook deer. The 4 wheeler comment is spot on as they really notify deer of human activity, especially when the pressure is on. I noticed the one enclosed stand is really out in the open. Tucking them into some cover really does help, especially on smaller plots and openings. Looks like you have a really nice place. Good luck!
