I’ve been planning on doing this, I feel it is slowing me down massively but wanted to get used to the feel of sim racing since I’m new to it. Only just started on GT7 too, gonna try Asseto Corsa next as I’ve heard great things about that game. You’re right though, I think it’s time I do turn off all the assists like TC and driving line and so on to help improve me further, It was handy when smashing through the GT7 tasks when I was starting off since you’re racing through so many tracks to begin with. @@Outcarst Assetto Corsa (2014) is only worth it on PC. Pick up ACC otherwise. I’ve got some laps as references if you want to pay attention to the way I load the car up through certain corners

@@AC_Kabser oh yea I’ve got ACC downloaded already and not AC, my bad for the mistake! I’ll defo have a look and see how you’re hitting the corners, will give you a follow for all the great advice too. Might even see you on here one day man, will be good to have a few races against you

I definitely need to apply this in the game, thank you for the recommendation. I used to do this when I was riding bikes but find it hard to apply when I’m in game, I feel the lack of being able to feel the speed you’re going when gaming really effects this for me and need to try getting a better understanding of it all. I will have to watch some videos to see how to apply this properly to GT7, can you recommend any good tutorials?

Sometimes I find them handy because they can be useful for setting braking points on certain corners but I defo need to learn to race without them, make it more realistic. Do you play yourself?
