Says it's black screen but then there is bright white writing that pops up throughout the video. Not good for trying to sleep to it, or meditate, well in general kinda defeats the purpose of black screen. The frequency music was fine.

I’m trying this. Thx. I use headphones as I sleep with sounds. Just had knee replacement surgery. Been 2 months and still hurting. I have diabetes, fibromyalgia, both arthritis’. Pain everywhere.
