i have a 2014 model 3ltr Delawere and mine has been going into limp mode on and off for 3 years ,its been driving me mad but watching your video and blowing out my injector electrics i think fingers crossed i have fixed it.Great video .I even wrote to MMM and they were stumped as well .so thanks its been a great help.

Thanks for posting this ive got a 2013 with the same issue ,water is covering the injectors and its caused mayhem with electrical system when it rains.Im going to seal mine up tomorrow .

Yes, already received the council tax request for information on my property form. They are rolling them out to caravan sites, parkhome sites and farmers at the moment but all households in Wales will eventually get them to re-evaluate council tax bands on all homes in Wales to change the council tax bands in 2005. In other words any excuse to put our council tax up big time rather than the council doing it by a measly couple of a percentage....they want to know how big the footprint of the house is, how big is the land on which the house is situated, how much did we pay for the house, does it have any outbuildings, garage, shed and the dimensions and a bunch of other questions. If we don't respond by 21 days they have threatened that an inspector will come around and not only look at the outside of the home but will have authority to enter and check out the inside too. So it will end up that us who work and pay out taxes will end up being penalized again when our council tax payments go up up up.....

Can you give me a update if you resolved to limp Mode mines been doing exactly same and I'm about to replace injector, but would like to know if you investigated and found out the issue Cheers

Update as of the 15/6/2023 - Still getting the 'Cylinder 1 injector Circuit High' error on long journeys, so brought the engine management tool to reset the wimp home mode. No more water in the bay, but need to investigate the wiring on the injector. Also looked at a 2021 model the other day, they have the same issue with the plastic at the bottom of the wind screen, and it's coming away too. Difference is that model has a plastic cover over the engine it's self.

Thanks Matthew that was very informative. I’ve had a similar issue with my 2017 Ducato. I’m experimenting with high temp black electrical tape to seal between the windscreen and scuttle though others swear by the grey non-setting butyl tape/putty. My injectors were also rusted so after a lot of research ended up using high temp Jenolite Rust Shield spray. 3 coats (15 mins between each coat then leave to hard dry 24hrs) gives a protective rust free coat to any exposed parts.
