This is the toughest decision physically, mentally, and spiritually to go through. It’s pure hell. I’ve been there. I want to tell you I believe in you. You need to believe in yourself and the power you hold. Want it. Want that life free of anything holding you back more than anything else and you’ll get it it. I promise. I know what you're going through bub you can make it the first 2 weeks was the worst for me try getting you some electrolytes to hydrate yourself my 3 rd week I started jogging the natural endorphins the body release helps allot much love and prayer

Day 5 of many! So proud of you! 5 years sober here... I remember the beginning and how hard it was. I love that you aren't letting your relapses stop you and just give in and continue to use. You get back up the next day starting over. With that attitude, your sobriety WILL BE permanent. Keep at it!
