Your top of the waffle is not brown - I suggest that you brush some oil on the top plates so it will brown the top of your waffle. Try it.

我覺得過篩有點多餘，因為麵粉倒進漿裏還是結顆粒，拌匀勻點就行了，焗出來還是沒差別

Hi! Do you use it with induction stove? All I can find say it made from aluminum so it should not work but they claimed it can work so I’m not sure should I buy it or not.
