The science behind this scene is actually very accurate you see the reason she's turning blue is because the pigment in her skin is changing and the juice is pure sugar that her body turns into subcutaneous fat. The fat that's under the skin that is jiggly it's there to protect your body. Her body is reacting to the juice by growing her belly at first then starts to spread it's through her body to protect her from any external harm. So this scene is not to far off what might happen.

Mine is when she's trying to stop herself from swelling and her face inflates, and then of course the best part is when she's being rolled.
