I also have this route as apart of my Company. We call it Route 34. Started as 249 from Del Perro Heights to Dashound, then to just 49 from Dashound to Vespucci then changed to 34

Nice visual! It would be cool if this route got extended to Newington Green, but I think most night buses are only allowed to go to Trafalgar Square or Oxford Circus.

Thanks. It should get extended because the 21 infront of me was really packed. I don't know what it is with Central London and Tfl with their night buses

@@elitebuses3911 Yh. It's probably because most of them come from towns further out of London than normal and therefore would be too long to cross Central London. But Newington Green is less than 10 mins from Moorgate so I don't get why the N21 can't go there.

@@nathanw9770 There is the n97 which isn't a long route (looking at the map) plus tfl could make the X26,N1 and even the N68 and N89! So It wouldn't hurt extending it a bit, but you know tfl and their ideas lol

@@elitebuses3911 Yup, unfortunately. Speaking of which the X26 should be a 24hr route imo. That would make it much easier to travel to South East London from Heathrow after a night flight. Plus there would be no traffic meaning the route could potentially be done in an hour.

EliteBuses what is the best time of night / early morning to do N routes as I’ve attempted this route a few months ago but couldn’t upload it due to glare and someone was unwell on board. Is it best to get the last one?

@@TheTransportExplorer From experience if you want to get the first one (which I recommend) go on weekdays for a quiter and swift journey and avoid weekends since you'll definitely without a doubt get drunks. If you want to get the last bus, well go ahead the only flaw is it's can get real busy since people have work. Hope this helped!
