If the lease says the fifth then per contract it is the fifth. Unless you're in federally funded public housing where you have a 10-day leeway in rent. And don't forget 15 usc 1 and article 1 section 10 of the us constitution 100 million and 10 year's in prison. Don't forget what is a corporation under the laws and code's of this country. Cheers
