These images or shadow we often run from, are reflection of part of ourselves that we find unacceptable. Unless we learn to face them, we will continue to suffer silently inside, and projecting it onto others

Thank you for your engagement,🙏.. you are very correct, shadow is the part of ourselves that we are ashamed of, this include our past trauma or parts of our personality that we unconsciously consider undesirable. But the only way to heal this shadow is facing them, if you become a curious observer and create or practice nonjudgmental towards yourself and others, you will start to heal and notice that you are a now building a confidence around you. And that the universe is working for you and not against you. 🙏🙏
