@@evana6425 They are! Too bad these are SMART KEY-CARDED now, but the good news is you can still ride the high rise up to 42 which at least would help make these elevator rides worth dying for

I might guess that there are more Abell elevators in a couple Menards stores in Wisconsin. Like how there is a Menards in Fond du Lac that has an Abell elevator.

@@DylanR99 yep, Oshkosh, Grand Chute, Fond Du Lac, Marinette, Green Bay East, Wausau, and Marshfield are others stores in WI with Abell Elevators

@@MilwaukeeCountyElevators Yep. Hopefully you’ll visit some of those designated Menards stores with the exception of Green Bay East since you’ve already filmed there. At the very least, you could try Oshkosh, Grand Chute, and Fond du Lac because those are on the way to Green Bay if you take Interstate 41. The Menards in Marshfield contains the only confirmed Abell elevator that has red buttons instead of white buttons that the normal Abell elevators have.

@@MilwaukeeCountyElevators Along the way to Green Bay as well, you could try the ones in Howard and De Pere, which both of those stores have Thyssenkrupp elevators.

Unfortunately, they are now smart locked. And it makes it a lot harder for people to use the elevators when there is events. The elevators will take a minute longer.

Nice motor and startup on this one. I've had a few instances where the buttons on a Schindler MT got sticky, particularly because I pushed them a little too hard. It happened at Monona Terrace, and ironically, they replaced the interior buttons on those elevators with vandal resistant buttons, but not the call ones. But yeah, sometimes I wonder, why do those buttons in particular stick like that to begin with?

I was here in November 2023 I tried to get to the Polaris on Elevator 1 & it was locked & I tried to use a key & it didn't work

I went on the Polaris express elevator 5 and I tried every floor but floors 2-22 & LL1-3 didn't work only floors lobby 23 24 & Polaris worked

Considering the location of this outdoor elevator, the button replacements were pretty necessary considering the old MT buttons do get in bad shape from being out in the sun for a little longer.

I was just here in May 2024 and i actually didn't see any of the guards. It was my first time here when all 4 of the elevators were working. It was my 2nd time filming at this hotel.
