I think you should call the elevator technician to fix the light of the call buttons on both floors the indicator and the up/down lanterns. I also think you should let the elevator technician add something to prevent the indicator the light from the call buttons and the up/down lanterns from breaking or stop working!

i actually caught something like this at the newer Aritzia at SOHO NYC ( Formerly a random store ) I assume the one I could was installed around September 2024, the old artizia got replaced by zara recently so it may be off on google maps. (just know that the new Aritzia is next to a Converse store)

I guess these elevators were installed in 2000 or 2001 depending on the time this resort opened. Even has the rare call button arrow brailes for up and down.

This elevator needs to be repaired

The Green Garage elevator should have the controller and motor replaced not the interior.
