Where is our Newsom, what is he doing about it or or San Diego Mayor, what are they getting paid for....A quick review of the problem: Congress gave the Environmental Protection Agency $300 million and said, go figure out how to stop sewage in Tijuana from spilling into San Diego. EPA officials eventually decided to spend it on a bigger border water treatment plant, owned and operated by the U.S. International Boundary and Water Commission. Therefore, the EPA has to give that money to the IBWC, so it can start contracting out the work. (The project is still in a paperwork stage called environmental review.) But the federal government basically needs a law saying the EPA can give money to the IBWC, because it is a kind of quasi-governmental body with one foot in the U.S. and the other in Mexico.

Hi - thank you for the question. For rotameters, the flow meter minimum sensitivity shall be 12.5 ml/min (.026 CFH) with minimum accuracy of ± 5 percent full-scale. The device scale shall be 150mm (5.91 inches) tall to provide a sufficient number of graduations for readability.

Ok while residential commercial and institutional engines are not subject to all parts of zzzz except the definition zzzz there is a caveat that to be emergency engines they must meet the non emergency use limitations. Thus a bank must have proof under your rules of evidence as to how much non emergency use their existing emergency engines run and since they are not exempt from zzzz then no records = non compliance with zzzz. Correct?

you didn't check the drain valve!!! Drain chain available? Does the drain valve properly close in an opw system? Handle on the phil-tite system open and close the drain valve completely?

Hi Coolkicker99. Thanks for pointing this out. Phase I systems often employ different types of drain valves, and some of them don’t have drain valves at all. As a result, we didn’t include the drain valve check in this video in order to simplify the process. A Phase I system with a drain valve should be checked weekly.
