Quick question, does the motherboard fit correctly with the Itek Prime Dark case? I got a case but the standoffs miss match so I need to get another case. I’m think of the Itek Prime Dark.

I'm building a very similar PC, with the Ryzen 9 9950x, this motherboard, 2x 32GB 5600MHz Kingston memory, 2TB SSD, and a Nividia RTX 4090, and noctua aircooler, the same model as yours, do you think this motherboard can handle it? ? I had previously bought a Gigabyte x670 gaming x ax, the dram light was appearing, i’ve tried everything, with no success, in the end I gave up, and took this Asus tuf to test, it arrives next week, I hope I don't have any problems again, I'm trusting it because your configuration which is very similar to mine 🥲🥲🥲🙏🙏🙏

Hi, I have really been confused regarding the cooler I wish to get for my 7950X between the Arctic LF III 420mm and Noctua NH D15. I wish to use it for corona renderer. @@guitar93zlver my assumption is it is not valid for all processors, we were attempting to run L2 flagship on an older mobo… no hard feelings honestly, the VRAM would’ve bottlenecked the processor anyways

Have you guys tried to reset the CMOS? When you do, and the hardware setup screen comes on before it goes to BIOS, select "Setup" and do not load any of your existing saved profiles. When you do that, it will go to the BIOS screen. From there, try to reflash the Bios to the version before the BETA. If that is not working, contact MSI. I have the Gaming Plus Max and I am using the version right before the BETA.

@@beholder2033 I was more interested in comparing the iGPU performance in rendering tasks between my laptop's Ryzen 4500U and the desktop chipset Ryzen 5700G. Although the 4500U is an older mobile chip, it would be interesting to see how it stacks up against the newer desktop 5700G.

Hi, for cpu rendering I suggest you AMD Ryzen 9 5900x (12 cores, 24 threads) or higher. B760m ARE NOT for AMD but for Intel!!! You can't mount amd cpu on B760m motherboard.

Why do you always use Windows 10 for your tests? Is Windows 10 better for Ryzen systems than windows 11, especially the Ryzen 7000 series?

Excellent question. I used Windows 10 because I have a lot of tests and results on Windows 10 and I didn't want to have different values dependent on the operating system... but I will have to start testing on Windows 11 as well. Having used the Ryzen 7000 series also on Windows 11 I have not found any slowdowns or incompatibilities currently.

Hi, if you mount a dedicated gpu like the gtx 1650 you could mount a cpu like the Ryzen 5800x or Ryzen 5900x so that you have more power to do cpu render.

Hello~ Thank you very much for creating this benchmark video for someone like me as a new owner of a 7950x3d who can take this video as a reference. Having said that I'm hoping that you can help me out here: I recently build a PC with a 7950x3d on a crosshair x670e hero, I have very limited knowledge for overclocking, I just want to run my PC at stock clock speed, however, I'm getting a low score on cinebench r23 (around 31K for multi-core and around 1.8k for single core during cinebench r23 - 10 mins run. There is obvious thermal throttling and my cpu temp was kept around 85C during the runs). I'm wondering whether this is a normal CR23 score for a 7950x3d without any curve optimzation (my PBO was set to AUTO in bios) since in your video, you are getting like over 36k score as well that I saw so many users from other forum are getting around 36k+ and they don't seem to have OC their cpu. Thanks for your help in advance.

Hi, the cpu probably goes into thermal throttling, as you think. What cpu cooler did you mount? Did you spread the thermal paste well? I confirm that in my tests there is no overclocking. Thank you and you are welcome to my channel 🙂

Hi, of course you can, you already have a good configuration...and when you need more power to compute renders you can upgrade the cpu to the Ryzen 9 5950x (16 cores, 32 threads). What motherboard do you have? And how much ram?
