I saw King Crimson open up for Tool in November 2001 at Kemper Arena and KC's performance was mind blowing and energetic and Tool kept putting me to sleep the second hour they were on stage

Being a huge fan of the Anderson/Howe/Squire/White/Wakeman era of YES I remember being sceptical of Fly From Here when it was being released. That was until I listened to it. I played it continuously for weeks. I almost couldn't believe how great it was. And especially considering I was thinking at the time that no one could/should replace Jon Anderson - I soon realised that Benoit had what it took to carry the torch for YES. Sadly his tenure with them was far too short. And it was purely due to wanting to hear more of him that I discovered Mystery. I never thought I would love another band as much as I do YES. But these guys are a powerhouse prog group. Would love to see more of Benoit but I respect him for stepping back fo the sake of his health, etc. Excellent video sir.

Seth is a scumbag in real life. I sent him money and things to get autographed over a year ago and he kept all of it. He kept making up excuses. Then he finally admitted he wasn't sending them back. I can see why they didnt pay him more for his work on the movie. He was probably a dickhead back then too. Treat your fans better bud! 👎👎

Some additional notes about this podcast: It was also released as a truncated 2-CD set titled 'The Amazing World of Prog', and selections appeared on various labels over the years as PFM and Banco live sets among others. As I mentioned, John Wetton did join Banco for a number of songs, including a rendition of "Starless" due to some legal reasons no audio or video is included on this set. However, there seems to be a KZbin video from the November 6th performance for those interested.
