It is due to the incompatiblity of pytorch with cuda.

I am not familiar with python, but I was able to download the last part with ”pip install -r requirements.txt” Thanks for getting it to work.

I completely gave up trying to install PulID. Never got it to work for me. Better wait for more sophisticated and more stable solutions.

after having some problems I reinstalled python and comfy I have to install pulid rn but when I try to install for example C:\Users\user\Desktop\ComfyUI_windows_portable\python_embeded\Scripts\python.exe -m pip install C:\Users\user\Desktop\ComfyUI_windows_portable\ComfyUI\insightface-0.7.3-cp312-cp312-win_amd64.whl onnxruntime this insight face I get this C:\Users\user\Desktop\ComfyUI_windows_portable\python_embeded\Scripts\python.exe' is not recognized as an internal or external command,operable program or batch file. same for requirements.txt as well

Download prebuilt Insightface package for you Python version. then (ComfyUI Portable) run CMD Then update your PIP . python_embeded\python.exe -m pip install -U pip Then install Insightface: python_embeded\python.exe -m pip install insightface-0.7.3-cp310-cp310-win_amd64.whl (for 3.10) or python_embeded\python.exe -m pip install insightface-0.7.3-cp311-cp311-win_amd64.whl (for 3.11) or python_embeded\python.exe -m pip install insightface-0.7.3-cp312-cp312-win_amd64.whl (for 3.12) You have to put insightface-0.7.3-cp312-cp312-win_amd64.whl file in the correct Comfyui folderm It's work on root or in python_embeded folder if you are using (ComfyUI Portable)

I can't install insightface I downloaded the version needed for my python version (3.12) but I don't have an embedded python folder since I'm running on linux. Im running Comfyui in a conda virtual environment. The environment is setup correctly and works fine, I just can't figure out how to install this insight-package (insightface-0.7.3-cp312-cp312-win_amd64.whl) Someone here who can help with this?

Fucking hell this tutorial is a complete waste of time... No workflow file.. and then on top of that he hides the lines.. To anyone watching this dont waste time and look somewhere else.

Thanks so much! I'm not new to SD, I even built myself a very good PC to run it but I was completely stumped, every other tutorial I've followed lead to errors and I couldn't figure out for the life of me how to make it work. Your instructions worked for some reason, even though the resources were exactly the same! Keep it up!

I finally got this up and running and it won't work. When I run MediaPipeCropper, it can't find a face. And when I try to run InsightFaceCropper, I just get a failure "DLL load failed while importing onnx_cpp2py_export: A dynamic link library (DLL) initialization routine failed." I'm so frustrated, I have no idea how to fix this =(

Thank you! I have one problem, I can get the webui open, but cant generate any images. Heres the error: FileNotFoundError: No checkpoints found. When searching for checkpoints, looked at: - file C:\Users\Kaarel\Downloads\Stable Diffusion\stable-diffusion-webui-1.10.0\model.ckpt - directory C:\Users\Kaarel\Downloads\Stable Diffusion\stable-diffusion-webui-1.10.0\models\Stable-diffusionCan't run without a checkpoint. Find and place a .ckpt or .safetensors file into any of those locations.

Thank you! I have a question. Once everything is downloaded to desktop, can i move that folder to another location on C drive may be. Because I realized my One drive is taking back up of my desktop and don't want it to take back up of this huge folder. Also, there is no way to remove Desktop folder from One drive back up settings.
