Yoandy is my favorite male dancer, he seems to know where it’s at while dancing at socials. However, Is there a teacher out there that thinks the elaborate solo choreos in classes are necessary? I’m thinking of teaching salsa, but I’m conflicted, I feel I want to teach as efficiently as possible so people can go out to dance parties and enjoy it as I have past 15yrs, but I do not feel like making choreos and movements just to keep people around and learn things that aren’t essential to becoming a crazy good and intriguing dancer. When I was a substitute teacher I always improvised my lessons and taught core principles, which worked for me because I didn’t have to give lessons all the time. Just some thoughts for anyone interested and or willing to weigh in.

De hecho nunca me había lastimado hasta que llegó una chica super chiquita al grupo donde ensayo, ella mide apenas 1.49 m, pero ya antes había bailado con chicas pequeñas sin que pasara nada. Con ella bailé haciendo el esfuerzo de agacharme y al día siguiente me comenzó un dolor super agudo en el hombro que no se me quitaba. Yo estaba temiendo que hubiera sido algún desgaste de cartílago o algo así. Hoy ya casi se cura, aunque de vez en cuando regresa una pequeña punzada. Sigo bailando con ella pero me cuido de los giros donde yo subo la mano, pues lo corto de sus brazos provocan un jalón hacia abajo que debo evitar a toda costa.
