Hi Steve, we have a similar problem with the tail lights on a 2018 Ford GT. One side does not work (passenger side), sometimes only the warning light, but not the tail light. And while breaking , both sides are going crazy. Can you help us out ? Will it be the tail light computer ? There is only 1 for both sides ? our local dealer (Belgium, Europe) says the module is not available while in backorder...would very much appreciate your help. Kind regards, Raf from Belgium

I think you'll find the P111 had dual ignition ( 24 sparking plugs ) but the first to have twin coil ignition as a nod to modernity !.The forerunner 40/50 hp Phantom 11 did indeed have dual ignition by magneto and coil .My late father realised a life-long ambition and owned a late model ' 38 P111 as a young man in the mid -1950s .Only 747 were built .It also had twin electric S.U fuel pumps ( switch on dash for both or separate ) and a built -in Smiths hydraulic jacking system for lifting the car , either or both pairs of wheels.Hooper and Barker were the top two British coachbuilders .

It was fairly usual to have hard wearing leather in the front and a more delicate material in the back of limousines. For example, the Royal Fleet of limousines all have leather in front and what is called West of England cloth in the rear. The newer state Bentley has a lambswool fabric with a satin finish.

That car is in beautiful condition. Prior to the Silver Dawn, all Rolls-Royce’s were coachbuilt. The Dawn was the first to introduce a standard body, which was important for the American market so essential to sales after the war.

Cool car. By the way, most Cadillac factory built limos usually had a leather chauffeur compartment with a wool rear.

I'm all for this kind of regulation. The alternative here is them banning these vehicles which is worse, and this doesn't make them slower.

Prop 65 has expanded to joke status - no doubt about it. At this point, if air was bottled in say... the rockies, and sold to rich people wanting to purge their home in the hills of Hollywood [at 5 to 8 pascals] to keep smog out, I wager those get a "warning" too. There's not much science behind 65: mainly a group of pinheads and well detatched lawyers in Sacramento pulling suppositions from even worse places - politifact comes to mind, but who knows. Funny thing is... we seem to have a generation that never heard the story of the boy who cried wolf.

My pre-oiler like this one works great however, I did notice to get good "flow" I had to hand crank the engine a few times to get oil to the top of the engine IE. push rods / rockers.

That engine is beautiful. I don't care what hot rodders say; an LS like this deserves a nice Chevy BA as the perfect frame for THIS sculpture. I wouldn't want to cover this engine up with a hood.
