Can you talk more about the lectins in plants? Are plants a bad thing? I’m intrigued. Thanks for your video.
@MichaelCLantz3 жыл бұрын
Many plant’s skins and seeds contain lectin. The most widely known lectin is gluten. I remove the skins and seeds of some of my favorites. Also pressure cooking some remove the Lectins. If you go to my website on the home page I have prepared a list of foods that contain lectin and don’t. www.michaellantz.net.

Is the Isagenix Whole Blend Plant Based shake keto friendly?
@MichaelCLantz4 жыл бұрын
While I haven't specifically tested it like I did the Isalean shake, I believe it would be because the whey is formulated the same. Please note, I used only one 1 scoop of the Isalean and 1 scoop of Isapro + 1 tbls of coconut oil.

I thought it takes 72 hours for autophagy
@MichaelCLantz6 жыл бұрын
DaveMP It’s my understanding that autophagy can happen as soon as the body is in the right state. That’s in a fasted state and not necessarily ketosis. That doesn’t necessarily have a specific time frame. What info do you have that suggests 72 hours is the magic number? Thanks for your reply.

How long should you do this one-meal-a-day (OMAD)? Obviously you couldn't sustain this for the long term.
@MichaelCLantz6 жыл бұрын
k14michael I believe you could sustain it for as long as you wanted. Eric Berg DC (follow him on KZbin for great IF videos) says one meal a day is the end result. I’ve done this and realize for me that it’s “one feeding period” per day. I might eat 2-3 times in a 3 hour block in order to gain the calories I need as an athlete. Most people might be able to make it one meal. The result of one low carb high fat meal is gained during the other 23 hours; great ketosis and all its benefits.

3:42 - "Here's my definition of a dream that could be put to the test. And passed a dream is an inspiring picture of the future that energizes your mind will and emotions. Empowering you to do everything you can to achieve it a genuine dream is a picture and a blueprint of a person's purpose and potential. And those two are inseparable. What your potential is is what your purpose is. And what your purpose is shows you what your potential can be. For common reasons why people have trouble identifying their dream. First of all some people have been discouraged from dreaming by others. In other words, other people just discourage them. How many of you have ever been discouraged about others with your dream? You understand this don't you? In my book, Failing Forward I tell the experiment that researchers did with four monkeys." - John Maxwell John Maxwell's Put Your Dream to the Test kzbin.info/www/bejne/iqa1e3ucqrJrmacm42s

I hear your concern. Let me share Lynn Hagedorn's story. She lived in a community of 600 in a small farming community outside Omaha, NE. She went to work, believing that she could reach thousands, and in 14 months earned a million dollars in Isagenix. I asked her once to give me just one clue. She told me, "You have to excel at the mundane." She and her husband are the #1 income earners in Isagenix. I think you have what it takes. Sometimes we have to submit our will to a higher power and just be seen. Not hiding our secrets, but really open up and be vulnerable. Grow your desire and learn how to use social media to find people to serve and I know you can do this!
