Great video and high quality golf match, well played. I had the pleasure of taking my son the play Monifieth and we were welcomed whole heartily by the members and staff. I think you should add in these facts when shooting your next video. Being made welcome at any golf club enhances your feelings towards the course and appreciate all the hard work that goes into making it a pleasurable experience.

@@dannyeldergolf yeah, the course. At around 5:11 count (10th Green ). 11th hole and 12th green , 13th second shots ie looking back into the sun. Just the course, scenery, composition and lighting. Perfect for those ‘arty’ golf course pictures ..

@@dannyeldergolf not my area either really. Just thought it looked good and I’ve seen nicely framed golf scenes in Golf Clubs. Whether you could do the odd giveaway (could get your ‘likes and subs’ count up ?)or part future merch, I even seen limited edition copies of various types of pictures on eBay. Good luck 🤞🏻

The whole point of these videos is showcasing courses like Monifieth that people might not have heard of, but should go and play if they can!

Played here in 2017 me and two of my mates won a scramble at Eastwood it was a comp to play in a competition here with the guys from the second tier of European tour. Played with Jamie mcleAry a Scottish golfer it was same comp that kopka won. As a team we never threatened but Jamie won his card for the main tour. A great memory treated like the pros ferried about in Range Rovers pro v balls to practice

What an absolute whiner at 6. Hitting 2 shite bunker shots, blaming the sand, then knocking your putt for double away in a wee huff. 😂 Clearly play your best golf at Carnoustie, especially given recent scores at Barassie and Lundin, but keep your head in the game and try not have strops on the course and make excuses. You’re good enough not to do this. We’ll not talk about the shank. 😂 Keep the head up, you’ll get there.

@@Wickerman67 yeah honestly golf has gotten a bit on top of me this year, it’s been a struggle. The first lie in the bunker was a shocker though, and my head was in the bin after that 😂 thanks for the advice though, I’m always open to constructive criticism 🙌🏻.

@@Wickerman67 I actually made the cut by a couple of shots at Lundin, but was struggling with a niggling injury so decided not to risk it when I was a long way behind the lead. That place was hard going on the wind with how firm it was 😂

@@Wickerman67 I haven’t been enjoying it as much as normal but I think the weather has a lot to do with that, it’s been so cold, windy and dull this year it’s felt like such a grind! But I played a lot better in the video that’s out next Friday so you’ll enjoy that 😎.
