But if it's possible then please go with a 6000mhz Ram , a good SSD like WD blue sn580 or something like that with TLC technology and if you are not a fan of Nvidia or DLSS then and if you can wait then you can also go with the upcoming Intel Battlemage B580 GPU . The Components which you have chosen are absolutely perfect and future proof You can play games at 1080p and even at 1440p and for your engineering works without any problem but try to get a 6000mhz ram . Very Nice Question Brother, Actually app Ram ko overclock kar sakte ho with AMD Expo and Intel XMP jo ki aapke Ram ki frequency ko increase kar dega aur Ram pura utilise bhi hoga . Which will obviously increase the performance. Note : Motherboard and Rams Should have Intel XMP or AMD Expo . In your case the motherboard has but choose the ram which has this.

Yeah I understand, but everyone doesn't live near Nehru place. And I have said several times that if you buy components offline it will cost much cheaper. and if the point is about cpu so ,I have suggested the cpu keeping future proofing in mind .
