I still love Sonic X it's, one of my favourite Sonic Cartoons and I think it's the best for someone who wants to quickly get into Sonic and get the gist of Sonic Adventure 1&2 games, without having to play the games or watch hours of Gameplay.

Seasons 1 and 2 are very up and down. Season 3 of Sonic X is what made me a Sonic fan. The characters all act like they should. The metrex are an actual threat. The amazing writing and actually funny comedy. With the sa2 adaptation and season 3 this is easy the best shadow we have ever had. An actual good romantic subplot with tails and cosmo that had an absolute gut punch of an ending. This is a must for any sonic fan new or old.

I liked it as a kid, but I can't stand it as an adult. I think it would be nice to have an episodic show again though, where they just go on goofy adventures. Sonic Boom was kind of like that, but it felt more like a parody of the characters then anything.

To be honest, this sounds cool.

This is one of my favorite Underswap themes, and I'm so happy that it was used in BTT.

Overall Sonic X is definitely the best cartoon and stays the most true to the style and lore of the video games. It's far from perfect though. The pacing drags at a lot of points and so does the animation budget. Plus a lot of it depends on how much your willing to tolerate Chris Thorndyke. But it's also sandwiched between a lot of epic and emotional moments. The first episode, Super Sonic's arrival and the Metarex Saga are particular stand outs.

Which version of "All Hail Shadow" do you guys prefer? Me personally, I think the Crush 40 version is iconic but Magna-Fi's version fits more of the "heroic ending" of Shadow 05 more!

Since I got the game now, I'm pretty much playing base Gens first and go for Shadow's story. So, I'll go back to this comment section after I beat Shadow's Story since I don't want to get spoiled.

This was a really cool video, but I have some constructive criticism for your next one: The music was really loud, I have often have a hard time hearing voices when the music is loud, so I recommend that for next video, you make the music more quiet 😊

I went for a pre-order of the standard Switch version because I don't have any of the consoles that the digital deluxe version is available on, and I'll have gotten a gaming PC after the release of SXSG for some personal reasons, that Gerald's Journal bonus item looks interesting so I didn't want to miss my only chance to get that along with the reversable cover art, and me prefering physical copies. Since they previously did it for both Sonic Frontiers and Sonic Superstars, the digital deluxe bonus stuff will likely eventually become available to be perchased seperately for physical copies so I'll try to download that interesting extra stuff whenever that time comes. Also I did sign up to get the Sonic Jam skin. Warning: since I had pain-in-the-butt trouble figuring it out and it doesn't tell anyone, when any player tries to sign in on that page for that skin they also have to click or press on the logo image of which system you're trying to get a copy of that game for or else the "subscribe" button won't change to saying "subscribed" after you press or click on it.
