Am from Kenya and took my husband to Kenya for the first time, we needed some of his meds that he forgot to bring along and he was blown that we could just walk into a pharmacy and get the meds, and we didnt have to call a dr for a prescription. I keep saying Healthcare access is quite restrictive in the States, especially medication. We have great healthcare in Kenya. The government just needs to focus on ensuring our doctors are paid. Our public hospitals used to be the best

We still got good care in uganda, i lived in all three countries including United States.My insurance is in united states snd iam not going to complain one bit recovering from cancer is no joke.All my doctors have been amazing.
