My teacher just generates all her assignments with chat GPT Some my other teachers also grade with chatGPT But of course we're not allowed to use it. Most of us do anyway though.

chatgpt needs to add invisible characters that are all different but unique to chatgpt so even if one is removed the rest can tell the computer its ai generated and google docs could block it also make a law so ai detectors cant just remove those markings

I know people who wrote their own 15 page papers to have their AI plagiarism checker declare their paper 90% plagiarized. This has happened time and time again. No use of Chat GPT or any other AI but the AI detector accuses anyway. At some point colleges are going to have to find a different way to grade papers because you can get false positives. And then all that time you spent writing a legit paper is down the tube.

I have a principal who is very negative. It's so hard to deal with as a first year teacher. I have taken ALL of their advice, and my students just made so much growth on their diagnostic. But, I can't do anything right in their eyes. It's not just me, I have heard. It's really hard. I have cried more this year than I have in many years.
