Sir, does a DDO holds discretion to deduct TDS from salary of employee working under him without the prior knowledge of deductee/employee..Suppose DDO Or on his behalf a Clerk who draws monthly salary bills comes to know in month of December that the anticipated annual income of an employee will entail huge amount of Income tax from employee and the said employee is also deducting meagre amount as TDS from monthly salaries. Then, can a DDO increase deduction amount from salary of employee without informing Employee.. Plzz answer. Waiting for your answer.

Adaab sir, aagr koe employee retired ho gya aur uska abhi leave salary pending hai but woh person paysys pe inactive ho gya hai..aur CPIS se usko nikal diya hai..kya hum usse dubara active kr sakte hai..please sir koe solution bta do..bhut dino se pareshaan hu..
