Maybe its bcuz u two are far away from eachother(the location dummy) if u dont get it then ill give an example..lets say ur living in an asian country like indonesia and ur opp is living in germany lets say the server is singapore(which is an asian region) leaves ur opp at disadvantage sinc e ur opp is supposed to be in a serv thats close to their country therefore making ur opp suffer in ping like in this vid,hes not supposed to be in that kind of serv since thats not close to his country making him ping.
